- Client Trademarks:Client brands shown in our portfolio (including Enam Global and Enam Water) are the intellectual property of their respective trademark holders. They are displayed for portfolio and case study demonstration purposes.
3. Commercial Client Engagements
Commercial consulting and development services (Web Development, Web Applications, AI Automation, AI Solutions) are provided under formal, individual milestone scopes:
- • Every project begins with a clear scope of work detailing deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- • We do not offer vague, open-ended retainers without verifiable scope boundaries.
- • Work is invoiced upon completion of agreed milestone deliverables and accepted by the client.
4. Interactive Utilities & Browser Games
The browser utilities (such as the AI Visibility Checkup and SEO Cost Estimator) and HTML5 arcade games are made available free of charge for informational and recreational purposes.
They are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without performance guarantees. We do not warrant that tools will run uninterrupted on all legacy browser environments or obscure screen configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability & Inquiries
