1. What Information We Collect & Process

Ninomax operates with complete technical transparency. We collect only the absolute minimum data required for platform operation:

• Contact Briefs:Zero Server Storage. The project specification form on our Contact page is entirely client-side. It does not transmit form inputs to any server or database. Clicking "Send Inquiry" simply constructs a standard mailto: link (or copies to your clipboard) so that you send the email directly from your own email client to [email protected]. We only receive your details if you choose to hit send in your email client.
• Local Preferences:Your preferred visual theme (dark mode or light mode) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage (`theme`). This preference never leaves your device.
• Game High Scores:Recreational high scores from our interactive browser arcade games are saved locally in your browser's localStorage for your own entertainment.
• Server Edge Logs:Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) records standard technical edge request logs, including IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and requested URLs, strictly for DDoS mitigation, edge routing, and operational error diagnostics.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We strictly reject invasive data collection practices:

• ✕ No Server Form Database: There is no backend database table capturing or storing contact form submissions from public visitors.
• ✕ No Third-Party Ad Trackers: We do not load Facebook Pixels, advertising telemetry, or behavioral tracking SDKs.
• ✕ No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, license, or disclose your contact information to data brokers or third-party marketers.
• ✕ No Payment Storing: We do not collect or store credit card numbers or banking credentials on our web servers.

3. How We Use Email Inquiries

Emails sent directly to [email protected] are accessed only by founder MD Shehab Hasan and used exclusively for:

• • Evaluating your commercial requirements, project specifications, and technical feasibility.
• • Replying directly to your inquiry regarding project scope, estimates, and delivery milestones.
• • Fulfilling contractual commitments and mutual agreements.

4. Infrastructure & Cookies

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies (such as security tokens) to protect against malicious bot traffic and automated attacks.

For platform administrators accessing /admin, a secure HttpOnly session cookie (shehab_session) is issued to maintain authenticated state. Public visitors are not issued administrative session cookies.

5. Your Rights & Contact Information

You may request at any time that we inspect, correct, or permanently delete any contact information or project brief you have previously submitted to us.
